Refund and Returns Policy for Assaliya Center [عسليه سنتر]

At Assaliya Center, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, whether it’s made via our website https://assaliyacenter.com or our mobile apps on iOS/Android (https://app.assaliyacenter.com). This Refund and Returns Policy explains your rights and our obligations in case of returns, exchanges, or refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

• You have proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt).

• The product is not in the non-returnable categories listed below.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Personal care and beauty items (e.g., cosmetics, razors, opened skin products)

• Underwear or intimate clothing

• Food, perishables, or opened consumables

• Gift cards and promotional items

• Clearance or final sale items

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

To request an exchange:

• Alternatively, visit our store in person with your purchase receipt.

4. Refund Process

 Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or phone.

• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method or issue store credit, as preferred.

• Refund processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment method.

5. Return & Shipping Costs

• You are responsible for paying shipping costs to return your item, unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

You may return items by:

• In-store: Bring the item and receipt to Assaliya Center, AlMaajeen, Nablus, Palestine.

• Shipping: Send the package to the same address. Please email [email protected] before sending to confirm return eligibility.

في عسليه سنتر، نهدف إلى ضمان رضاكم التام عن مشترياتكم، سواء تم الشراء من خلال موقعنا الإلكتروني https://assaliyacenter.com أو من خلال تطبيقاتنا على الهواتف الذكية (iOS / Android) عبر https://app.assaliyacenter.com. توضح هذه السياسة حقوقكم وآلية الإرجاع أو الاستبدال أو الاسترداد.

1. شروط الإرجاع

يمكنكم طلب إرجاع المنتج خلال 7 أيام من استلام الطلب، بشرط:

• أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، وفي حالته الأصلية، وبنفس التغليف الأصلي.

• تقديم إثبات الشراء (رقم الطلب، أو الفاتورة، أو الإيصال).

• ألا يكون المنتج من الفئات غير القابلة للإرجاع المذكورة أدناه.

2. المنتجات غير القابلة للإرجاع

لأسباب صحية ووقائية، لا يمكن إرجاع أو استرداد قيمة المنتجات التالية:

• مستحضرات التجميل والعناية الشخصية (مثل المكياج، شفرات الحلاقة، المنتجات المفتوحة).

• الملابس الداخلية أو المنتجات الحساسة.

• المواد الغذائية أو السلع القابلة للتلف أو التي تم فتحها.

• بطاقات الهدايا أو العروض الترويجية.

• المنتجات المباعة ضمن التخفيضات النهائية أو تصفيات.

3. الاستبدال

نستبدل المنتجات فقط في حال كانت معيبة أو تعرضت للتلف أثناء التوصيل.

لطلب استبدال:

• الرجاء التواصل معنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني [email protected] أو أي وسيلة تواصل أخرى مذكورة، مع إرسال صورة للمنتج التالف ووصف للمشكلة.

• أو يمكنكم زيارة مركزنا في نابلس مع إيصال الشراء.

4. آلية الاسترداد

بمجرد استلام المنتج المرتجع وفحصه، سنقوم بإبلاغكم عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الهاتف.

• في حال الموافقة على الإرجاع، سيتم استرداد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية، أو يمكن إصدار رصيد للشراء في المتجر حسب اختياركم.

• تستغرق عملية الاسترداد من 7 إلى 14 يوم عمل حسب البنك أو وسيلة الدفع المستخدمة.

5. تكاليف الشحن والإرجاع

• يتحمّل العميل تكاليف الشحن لإرجاع المنتجات، إلا إذا كان الخطأ منّا أو المنتج تالفًا.

• رسوم الشحن الأصلية غير قابلة للاسترداد.

خيارات الإرجاع:

• في المتجر: يرجى إحضار المنتج والفاتورة إلى عسليه سنتر – المعاجين، نابلس.

• عن طريق الشحن: يمكن إرسال الطرد إلى نفس العنوان بعد التنسيق عبر البريد الإلكتروني [email protected] لتأكيد أهلية الإرجاع.
